Twice a year since January of 2004 I have been an Educational Speaker at the Orange County CREIA /ASHI chapter meetings, and taught the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics for the year of 2005

For nearly 2 decades I have been attending selective Los Angeles and Orange County International Association of Mechanical and Plumbing Officials (IAMPO) and International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI) educational lunch meetings with Building Department Heads, to keep me updated, and, provide me with the knowledge to correctly document the conditions of the systems and components in your report.

Equally as important as the thorough detailed inspection (information gathering) is a thorough detailed and extensive report, as a result, the written report will take longer than the actual inspection to generate. I limit my schedule to 1 inspection every other day so as to allow full focus on your inspection report.

In addition to that, my Clients can contact me anytime, for the rest of their lives, should they have questions.
